    How should the seat be adjusted to individual bodies

    To adjust seat height:

    1. Loosen Knob Bolt (#16) by turning it counterclockwise three turns while pulling it outward.
    2. Raise or lower the Seat Post (#10) to the desired height.
    3. Release the knob so it locks into one of the adjustment holes, then tighten it by turning it clockwise.
