    During the Spin cycle ; it’s a loud banging…the load is fine, the floor balance is fine… how do I fix it?

    To reduce loud banging, you can try the following steps:

    1. Adjust the machine's feet to ensure it sits flat on the ground.
    2. Redistribute the laundry load evenly in the drum.
    3. Remove any foreign objects, such as coins or keys, from the drum.
    4. Reset the washing machine by disconnecting the power cord for 10 minutes and then reconnecting it.

    Won't spin? All other functions operate properly

    1. Check if the lid is fully closed and pressing the switch.
    2. Make sure the drain hose isn’t kinked or clogged. Check that the drain selector is fully in the correct position.
    3. Ensure the drain cycle has finished and water is out.
    4. Too many or too few laundries, or the machine is not placed stably. Make sure the load is balanced.
