    We are getting no flow on the hot water side of the water -heater. The cold water valve is open, and fills the tank. We have the hot water side valve open and open at the faucet but get no water at all. Doesn't appear water is circulating through the tank. This is a new water heater and new plumbing for a new construction house. We thought it was airlocked but still get no water with valves open.
