    I dropped my WEN 23114 about from about 18 inches onto a concrete garage floor and now it will not turn on. The casing is not broke and the carbon brushes were fine. I checked to make sure the outlet I used is active and checked my sander and it was fine. I reset the GFI just in case. What else should I check before replacing it ?
