    W400 does not turn on. I have cleaned roller brush and filter. Two led lights flash when power button is pressed but will not turn on.

    the roller is jammed because of hair

    1. Press the rolling brush release button and open it up.
    2. Take out the rolling brush.
    3. Remove the cords and hairs on it.
    4. Putting the brush back and fix it in position.

    Prettycare W400 will not start. Press left button and both lights flash for a few seconds then turn off. Been charging for a week. Cleaned brush, and dust bin. Help.

    Mine is doing the same thing. I tried all troubleshooting methods indicated in the manual. Still nothing. It’s not clogged. My vacuuming is more of a light dusting. I’m very disappointed.

    How do release the handle of the electric floor brush from the position it's in our of the box

    1. Gently press or slide the release button while you rotate the brush head upwards or straighten the angle.
    2. This should unlock the 90° locked position so the handle (tube) can align straight.
    3. If it doesn't move easily, stop and check for any packaging material or debris that may be blocking it.
