1)How do I turn it off and on? 2) how to I set the heat level/temperature? 3) how do I make is oscillate (turn)
1) To turn the Heater ON/OFF, press the Power Button.
2) Press the (+) or (-) buttons to adjust your thermostat heat setting.
3) Press the Base Oscillation Button to Start/Stop the Base Oscillation function.
