    the tv is not connecting to the internet, it is showing an error 105

    Please try these steps: 

    • Reconnect the TV to Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network on the TV. Disconnect and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network. 
    • Restart the Router: Unplug the router for about 5 minutes, then plug it back in and let it fully reboot. Make sure other devices in the house can connect to the Wi-Fi.
    • Check the Network Status: Navigate to Settings > Network > Network Information on the TV to verify the connection is stable.
