    WHAT IS THE (M) KEY, AND CAN THE BATTERY BE REPLACED. HAVE TRIED TO CHARGE AND POWER GETTING TO SCRUB HEAD BUT UNIT WON'T TURN ON AND THE LED READ OUT IS BLACK NO INFO?

    1. First check to ensure that there is no water on the surface of the machine, remove the protective cover of the charging hole, and insert the Type-C charging head into the charging hole.
    2. Check if the charger is working properly by trying a different charger or power source.
    3. During the charging time, please ensure that the machine is in a reliable and fixed position and cannot be suspended.
