What does E2 mean? How do I fix this?
E2 means air inlet temperature and humidity sensor failure. Replace it. If the problem persists, contact our Service Team at [email protected] for further assistance.
Where would I get that part?
The unit has a blue light instead of the usual green light over the top front. what does the blue light mean?
The light will automatically change according to the environmental humidity when the humidity is 30%-50%; the color is green, the humidity is 50%-70%, the color is blue; when the humidity is over 70%, the color is red. So if it is blue, which means your home humidity is 50%-70%.
