My unit froze and stopped working. We thawed it out and now it thinks the bucket is full and won't do much of anything. I have a bucket full light when I turn it on.
I just purchased the 50 Pint energystar rated dehumidifier. I set it up and I think it is working but the screen keeps flashing, what does this mean? How can I get it to stop flashing? Should I return this unit?
I need a replacement hose for this model. Could I get one from you?

It comes with a Two-year warranty.

Sorry,it is for the 4000 sqft dehumidifier. It is not mentioned on the information sheet. Would like to buy it but need to know this.
