    Need a replacement guard knob for model JK-220A 110 volt meat slicer. Where would I find one to order?

    How do I use the sharpener? Instructions say turn 180°. but it dosent turn. I have pressed button and can raise it, but that's it. It is brand new and unused. The instruction book is NOT very helpful.
