My Ecozy AP-HA500A is not working. The control panel illuminates but the filter does not work. In addition on reading the Q&A included with the filter is the adapter. I did not receive one in the box. The two that I bought are three years old and have only been run during the Summer season. Please advise me as to what could be done. Thanks for an early reply. PS we have been totally satisfied with the performance of the machines and would like to continue to be contented users.
