The control panel only allows me to turn the temperature up. I was looking to purchase a new control board.

If you want to purchase a new control board, please contact the manufacturer - Upstreman.I turn the temperature down any more, it only goes up.
The fridge temperature changes according to the set freezer temperature, but only the the freezer temperature is adjustable directly, the temperature is adjustable from -4℉ to 68℉.
