    I have inserted brand new filters, vacuumed and cleaned filter housing ..... and still the red light appears.

    After replace the water filter, simultaneously press and hold the "Timer Button" and "Fan Speed Button" for 3 seconds to reset the filter. The machine will emit a “beep” sound, and the filter replacement reminder will be turned off, indicating that the reset is successful.
