  • When I attempted to start the M01 it won't start. I need to unplug it and than it will start. I just purchased for Christmas

    Please check if the plug is disconnected from the socket, the power plug should be plugged properly. If this issue still persists, please contact Mooka service via mail [email protected] or calling 1-855-666-9955.
