    Insert batteries properly into the remote's battery compartment. We suggests pointing the remote directly at the projector sensor within 25-30 feet and ensuring no obstructions. If the remote still doesn't work after confirming these steps, you may need to replace the batteries with new ones as worn out batteries can prevent functionality.
