How do I extend telescopic tube to be longer

  • I have an aucma EV-619 vacuum cleaner but not a whall model. My brush does not revolve and I cannot remove the brush as the switch only refers to the Whall model. There are 3 screws on the base. Do I remove these screws or is there another solution. The suction still works but I cannot find an aucma vacuum repair company near Sutton, Surrey. I have tried to remove all hairs on the brush.

You can refer to the video and toggle the small black piece to pop out the organ and take out the roller brush afterwards.

I can’t get my vacuum to stay on. I’ve tried 2 new batteries and the machine stays on for about 20 seconds and goes off. There is no suction and the only power that is on is low, but without suctions.

  • User Non avatar #102475 Asia11 months ago

Suction power is low or nonexistent. The reason may be:

    • The dust container is full.
      • Empty the dust container (see page 7 in User Manual).
    • The cyclone insert and filter must be cleaned.
      • Clean the cyclone insert and filter and insert correctly (see page 7 in User Manual).
    • The air intake is blocked.
      • Check air intake for possible blockage and remove blockage.
    • The battery is weak.
      • Charge the battery with the charger.

  • Same thing happened to me. I was able to resolve the problem by taking the main part of the unit apart (several screws) and reconnecting what presume to be the control cable, which has become disconnected internally. No soldering, just clicked the connector back into place then reassembled the unit.
