We have just got a new vacuum cleaner RHSV2211. It's working fine but there were a couple of things with the attachments which we have no idea what they are for. One is two screws with plugs and the other is a black thing with a pointed end. TIA, Mike.
Also can't find filters for it
The handheld won't work on its own but wen all put together works the vacuum ok
How do I know if item is charging? No lights on. Should it work anyway when plugged in?
No, it doesn't have a light to tell you when it's charged. It has the green lights flash on all the time it's charging, once fully charged they no longer flash, but stay green until you switch off at the socket.
I purchased this without a charger and I don't know which to buy can't find one for this specific make so which can I purchase
How do I remove the filter to clean, it all seems to be one sealed unit
You push the button up above the cylinder and that releases it. Then take the filter out, the filter is inside the bottom bit and empty/ clean the filter.
