I have a W 300 and when I want to charge it ? E-1 Error code comes on and goes of after 2 Sec.! I t is completely clean! Everything ! What can I do? Bernhard
- Check filters, make sure you're reassembling them correctly.
- Inspect both the brush head and the tube, remove any debris, tangled hair, or dust buildup.
- Try to shut down and reboot the machine by pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds.

Motor burnt out
I have a w300 vacuum when I go to charge the battery it shows 99% and the it goes to E8 code
What does E4 mean on this particular unit?
What exactly does the E8 code mean? My grandma bought this for herself and it worked for a week, and she isn't sure if she used the wrong charger or something. Since I'm he handy repair guy in the family, I've been trying and trying and still failing at getting anything other than 100% and then E8 QUICKLY replaced the 100 when plugged in and keeps flashing a red ring with E8 and I can't get it to turn on or DO anything
Machine will run for a few seconds before E9 code appears and it shuts down

Brand new, plugging it in it says 60% and E8 and won’t turn on. Never used.
What does E1 mean???
This means that the vacuum cleaner cannot create sufficient suction due to a blockage or clog in the pre-filter or other parts of the machine. To resolve the issue:
- Clean or replace the pre-filter and check for any blockages in the air path.
- Check and clean the fan and suction port.

No power at all after charging both places. Only used a few months and it appears to be dead. I’ve tried contacting support. No response.

When I plug the W300 vacuum in I get no results.I've checked the outlet its fine. The on/off switch doesn't seem to push in all the way?
- Make sure cleaner is fully powered.
- Push charger securely into electical outlet, try another outlet or check circuit breacker.
- Product suction is blocked, clean up the suction inlet.
E1 flashes when plugged in.
