When I turn the machine on ice cream is selected by default. I press start, count starts machine bleeps at set periods. Mixing blades do not go around and mixture in bowl does not freeze.
It seems like there might be an issue with the mixing blades. Check and put the mixing blade in place and rotate the transparent cover in place.
Followed recipe from manual but after 1 hr 20 mins machine went to cool but mixture runny. Tried twice; still same result! How do I make it thicken?
