    Why can’t I turn off pf4 code? It is sitting on a level board. I’ve tried 7 or eight times...unplugged it and waited 10 minutes it still says pf4 when I plug it in. I tried power off....won’t work ... no buttons work while the code is on.
    Just got it and it’s already a problem.

    When the heater is tipped over, the heater will shut off automatically with malfunction code "P4" on the LED display and beeps. Place the heater back on a flat, level, and stable surface and remain upright. Then turn it on again.
