Is the heat automatically set on recirculate while the heat is turned on? I bought a winter brand model that is more powerful, and is a duel hose. I just figured out I can disconnect the air intake hose, and block off the intake, and now it is no longer pulling air that is 23 degrees below zero from outside. Question is, does your/this model already to set on air intake coming from room air, not outdoors air?

Carefully move the unit to a drain location, remove the bottom drain plug and let the water drain away. Reinstall the bottom drain plug and restart the machine.
