    • Check that your earbuds and Bluetooth device are fully charged and connected properly, and that nothing is wrong with your device.
    • Make sure the earbuds’ silicone ear-tips are securely on the earbuds and are positioned comfortably and securely in your ears.
    • Move to an area that's free of other electronics or anything else that could potentially interfere with the earbuds' Bluetooth connection
    • Make sure that you thoroughly read the User Guide before using the earbuds for the first time, and that you follow all of the safeguards mentioned in order to prevent any damage to the product.

If you’ve followed the above tips and the earbuds’ sound quality is still poor, please contact TZUMI Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-855-GO-TZUMI for further advice.

You can barely hear the right ear bud, but the left is loud and clear. What can I do to turn up the volume in the right ear bud?
