The water tray is confused. It just goes back and forth and does not position itself for ice making or shovelling ice cubes into the tray. The freezing function works—it does make ice (occasionally) and drops them, but then the bucket/shovel is all out of sync and it does not move them to the tray
the water in the top tray is completely frozen into 1 solid block how can i fix this
Why is my junior ice maker icm1221 making a loud noise
This ice machine is less than or equal to 60 decibels. It makes noise only when the ice cubes drop when it finishes. If this issue persists, please contact KUMIO Customer Service for assistance.

I have a self cleaning ice maker but I don’t know if I should add water to the ice maker or not help
Ice maker automatically pauses when there is a lack of water. When the “ADD WATER” light turns red, it means that there is water shortage in the water tank. You need to add water (spring water is recommended, not pure water) and press the ON/OFF button to restart the machine.
