    Cannot get lock to connect to wifi. Batteries are new. Never gets blue light

    Recently the batteries were replaced on my lock. Now the lock doesn’t stay locked nor when unlocking it immediately it locks. When you’re leaving and hitting the lock button, it locks briefly but unlocks right away. And when I manually lock it and try unlocking with the code, it unlocks but immediately locks back up. Why is this happening?

    Uses a lot of batteries. Have changed batteries 2 times since November 2021
