Water on floor where is the drain tube opening
Your going to have to remove the back panel on your freezer section to uncover the drain then you will see an evaporator it looks like a radiator. Under that will be your drain if its cover in ice or if there is ice in the hole for the drain just pour hot water on it until it clears.
