    I HAVE LOOKED AT THE MANUAL I DOWNLOADED BUT IT ONLY SAID TO REPLACE THE FILTER AND LET THE AIR OUT BY DISPENSING WATER-BUT IT STILL IS ON ???

    After changing the water filter, reset the status light. Reset the filter status light by pressing and hold Light and Ice Type buttons for 3 seconds. The status light will turn off when the system is reset.

    why is the little red light on the front door of the freezer door showing h2o by the controls. I have replaced the water filter and PRESSED the water REQUEST ON to bleed the air out but the light is STILL staying on ??? what have i done wrong / how do i get it to GO off ?? my model NUMBER is WRS325SDHZ05

    Once the new water filter is installed you would select Light and Ice Type at the same time for 3 seconds and that should help in resetting the filter. The status light will turn off when the system is reset. We hope this helps.
