The gravity switch is too difficult. A full cup of coffee weighing 600 grams will not activate the warmer. I have to push down each time. I have an older warmer that works great. Can the gravity switch be adjusted?
It is not possible to adjust the gravity switch. The gravity switch is built-in and automatically turns the warmer on when a mug is placed on it and off when the mug is removed.
