    I bought a unit like this some time ago, way out of warranty now I let it set to long and won it won't charge. Is there a reset or is there anywhere I can send it to for repair Thanks

    My girlfriend went to charge the battery and accidentally plugged the charging cable into the top “output” instead of the input port. Is the unit still usable? Also can I still charge the unit if the temperature and triangle icon are illuminated while charging? Thank you
