  • I cleaned my machine and now when I start it, it starts to fill then stops and the ice full light starts blinking. Any ideas now how to fix this?

    Try the troubleshooting steps below:

    • Please make sure that there is no barrier or ice on the line of the sensor. Open the lid and close it again.
    • Run the clean cycle 1-2 times to see if it helps.
    • Please make sure that the back of the ice maker is not close to the wall. Please leave 6 inches of space around.
    • Check to see if there is anything clogging the filter. Please take out the filter, and rinse it off with water.
    • Please drain the water from the tank and the water from the sink through the drain. Restart it to check if it works.
