    Owned for almost 1 year now. Always stored inside, hardly ever used. Unit won’t turn on. The only light I get is the clamps reverse light when on start mode. However my clamps are not reversed. Power outlet works also

    Your unit likely has a dead internal battery, please try charging it overnight to ensure full charging. Check any charge indicator lights, if none come on, the battery may be completely discharged or failed.

    How come I can't get the battery percent LED to light up and show what it is....it's the top led out of the three diegnostic LED's
