    Why is my fabric softener remaining in the compartment. The compartment is always full after the cycle is completed. Our machine is about 5 years old and started having this problem about 3 months ago. The entire drawer along with the individual compartments are cleaned regularly.

    When to use power button and when to use cancel. Asking bc my new machine is leaking from the door. Someone will come to check it. But, when testing afterwards, if it still leaks, how do I stop the machine? How do I drain out the water (rinse and spin?)? Cancel then rinse and spin? Or power button? Is power button only to be used when turning on machine? Want to be prepared.
