    My freezer completely froze up,drawers shelves etc,had to completely empty the appliance, apparently I was told it is too near my fridge and did this because of the vents being on the side of the freezer and not like the older models where the vents are on the back. I cannot see any vents on the side of the appliance,please explain this to me
