Where is the drain hole located
This unit is installed on a tilt, drained out the window and does not need a drain hose.
Can Freon be added to this unit? It is blowing warm air.

It is 4.6 Amps.
I have found no drain hole. The unit is blowing water out through the inward facing vent. Not too cool!
