4 Questions
When pushing the button to open the door, button goes in but door won't open. Gets stuck on bottom latch. Have to push button with one hand and pry door open with other. Very inconvenient. Have tried to clean the latch and mechanism in hole where latch catches. No luck. Any suggestions other than a new microwave which I'd rather not. This one works just fine. Thanks.
