How to repair the control light
front led light not working when music is playing. volume is turned up more than 1/2 way
FM is not working. All I get is static.
There is a red button on top of the on/off switch click on it and it will start working, but needs to be a bit loud to work because it works with subwoofer beat.
The lights on front won’t light up
The lights work when the speaker is turned up and bass is playing.

Bluetooth come on but will not pair with phone
Do you have both the speaker and the device in search mode. The speaker will announce when it is paired. Does the speaker announce Bluetooth ready when you hit the BT button in back. And your phone will need to accept the speaker.
How do I pair the two speakers together?
It has input IN/OUT ports on the rear of the speaker to connect two speakers together.

Yes, you can connect via Bluetooth and an audio cable.

Bluetooth and working but no sound out.
Our speaker powers on but doesn’t make any sound. We cannot connect via Bluetooth and when switching modes it doesn’t say (audibly) blue tooth ready but is lit up and says blue on the back panel
I am having the same issue. I was told it is prob a blown fuse. mine powers on but no sound not even a hum. I am trying to find out if it is the fuse?
