    My tcl tv was reset manually and now i cannot switch it on again. When i switch on the power the screen diplay is set to First time installation. It cannot give me other settings options. How can i get the tv switch on?

    Hi Jerome Did you get an answer to this question. I have the same issue. Turned the TV on after about 6 months of no use. It turns on then automatically switches off after about 40 seconds?!
