Msdicrowave is only 1 year old. Is not heating. Turntable works as do the timers and clock
Please make sure the “LOCKED” function was not inadvertently used. When the control panel is locked, LOCKED will appear in the display. To unlock the control panel, press and hold the Set Clock button for 3 seconds. Check to ensure the door is closed securely. Open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms. If you continue to have this issue, we recommend contacting GE service directly.
Is the sound level adjustable or just “normal” and “mute”? I would love to be able to hear the timer when I’m in another part of the house.
The volume can be changed between mute, low, normal, and loud. Press "Settings", next press "Express Cook" pad 3, and then select sound level: 0 - mute, 1 - low, 2 - normal, 3 - loud.
