  • The humidity level stays at 60 will not allow me to drop lower. Any thoughts? May need humidity sensor?? If so is it easily replaceable? How do I order one?

    • Check to make sure that all windows and doors are closed.
    • Make sure the Dehumidifier has proper air flow and that no curtains, blinds, or furniture is blocking the front or back of the Dehumidifier.
    • If used in a laundry area, install the Dehumidifier away from the moisture laden air generated by the Dryer. Running the Dryer in the same room can affect the dehumidifying ability of the Dehumidifier.

    my dehumidifier runs but does not collect water

    fan runs, but no water is not extracted from air in a very humid basement. The instruments bucket remains empty.
