    Does anyone know where to find the drain filter on this machine? I have looked all over the washer and there is no small door.

    The drain filter is located on the lower front of the machine, behind an access panel. Before removing the panel, ensure that the machine is switched off and that you have a shallow pan ready to collect debris and water. Use a rag to remove any excess residue from the filter.

    Error code E 11. How to fix

    Error Code E11 indicates the washing machine isn’t filling with water during the washing phase of the cycle. E11 may cause the unit to lock for up to 6 minutes. If you unplug the unit and plug it back in, the 6-minute lock will restart.

    • Make sure the hot and cold lines are not reversed. Hot supply is connected to hot inlet and cold supply is connected to cold inlet. If your washer was recently installed or moved, have the installer verify the installation was done correctly. • Check for proper water pressure from the house. Start by removing the washer fill hoses; both the cold and the hot water hoses. To do so, turn the water on and put the hose inside the washer or a bucket. • If water pressure is good, check the water valve inlet screens. The screens prevent minerals from clogging the solenoid. With the hoses removed, you can visually inspect the water inlet screens. If the water valve screens are clear, the inlet valve with the screens itself will need to be replaced on the washer.
