My torque drive cleaner head doesn't seem to rotate (from the rollerball attached to the wand) as it did a week ago when I first got it. Do I wash or oil the roller ball to get the full rotation back?
Do you continually have to hold onto the start button or is there a way to lock it ?

When attempting to charge, only get red blinking light instead of usual blue light. Red light stops after a few seconds??? This vacuum is only 2 months old.
