    How do I turn on the Kenmore 360 vacuum?

    To turn on the unit, select a position on the handle three-way ON switch.

    • CARPET - turns on both the canister and the PowerMate motors. Headlight and agitator will come on.
    • FLOOR - turns on the canister motor only.

    NOTE - When this switch is in the FLOOR position the nozzle headlight DOES NOT function since no electricity flows to the PowerMate.
