    good morning it is taking over 4 hours to dry a load. I have had this issue since I purchased the dryer over 2 years ago. Could you please tell me what should my settings be on? Thanks

    how do you remove the heat exchanger for cleaning. I cannot grab onto anything. I cannot pull it out as shown in drawing
