What does E13 mean
E13 error indicates that the water level sensor has noticed a drop in the water level in the drum during washing. Same as E30 error but E11 is only visible in the diagnostics/service menu. Our Simpson 550 washing machine takes 1 hr to do a load of washing from start to finish . Is there any way to speed this time up or to cut down the length of time it takes to do a load of washing.?.. Thanks John .

If the errors is on eho , how can we troubleshoot?
The EHO error code relates to a suds issue, the washer has detected excess suds/foam in the drum which causes issues with draining. Wait for the suds to dissipate remove any items from the drum and perform a rinse cycle without a load or detergent to clear system.

The EHO error code relates to a suds issue, the washer has detected excess suds/foam in the drum which causes issues with draining. This is caused by using too much detergent or the wrong type of detergent, try using less or changing your brand.

What does e10 mean?
E10 error code is water Inlet fault. Simpson washing machine E10 error indicates that the machine has not filled with water. E10 error code can be caused by a simple thing as a closed tap or a kinked water inlet hose. So be sure to check those first. - Make sure the tap is turned on and hose is not kinked. - Check the mesh screen filter in the water inlet hose and on the back of the water inlet valve for blockages with sand. - Replace water inlet valve. - Replace main PCB.
