  • Why does the machine not fill with cold water only? Only fill when both cold and hot water is selected, does hose placement play a factor?

  • User Non avatar #115554 United States3 months ago

This washer has a built-in temperature management system. On this model, if you choose "Cold" water and your incoming water supply is very cold, the washer may add a bit of hot water to elevate the overall temperature of the water in the tub to an acceptable cold temperature. If the you prefer a true cold water fill, select Tap Cold. When Tap Cold is selected, the temperature of the water coming into the washer will be the same temperature that's coming into the house. The temperature of this water will vary based on where you live and how cold the water supply is.

  • How can I cancel and turn off the washer
when I accidentally pushed the start button.

  • User Non avatar #107510 Asia6 months ago

  • how do i get to the drain pump filter

  • User Non avatar #107514 Asia6 months ago

The Fine Mesh filters were removed from under the agitator when it was found that a better pump and larger holes in the hub under the agitator did a better job of removing lint and preventing clogs in the drain system. The drain system allows water to flow through the basket and out the bottom of the tub pulling lint, hair and small particles with the water. There is no maintenance required on this system, so there is not a way to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance.

  • Washer fills to only about 8 inches on max fill and then starts the wash cycle!

  • How do I use the precise fill option

  • User Non avatar #107511 Asia6 months ago

The Precise Fill allows the washer to determine the optimum water required to wash items in the basket. The tub needs to have the clothes inside in order for it to work properly. • Lint on clothes. Does filter need to be cleaned? Where is it? This was a problem with my previous washer that did not have a filter. Any suggestions?

  • User Non avatar #107513 Asia6 months ago

This model washer does not have a filter in the machine. The only filter associated with this washer is the pump water filter.
