    Drawer won’t stay open when the open bottom is pressed. Drawer opens and when it reaches full open drawer closes

    That happened to us, we are not contractors, but we realized that even though the bubble was in-between the lines, it was not perfectly level as it was slightly low in the back. This caused the weight of the door to shift back and the soft close to activate without being touched.
