I cannot find my TCL Television model 49S403 when I try to to stream adult content. My wife seems to be able to do it just fine. I have no problems casting YouTube videos to this television. We gave our television a family name as not to mix it with others. I can cast anything just fine to my Vizio in a different room. It is not any parental controls on after yesterday..? Do you know how I can fix this or at least enter my phone as a remote? We've got the Roku remote controls on our phones jsyk...
