I have a TH6220WF2006 stat a a vacation home out of state. They are updating my mode to newer modem and disconnecting my old one. Do I have to re-progam my stat with the new modem address? Is ther a way to do it if I'm not at the location?

Try the following recovery codes; 1234 or 0670 If those do not work look for a 4 digit code on the label of the thermostat and try that code.

How do I get out of “permanent hold”
I held my finger on the message and the thermostat message changed to "On hold until 4:30" which is the next programed temperature change.
To end permanent hold and return to the program schedule, touch Permanent Hold and then touch Run Schedule.
How do I unlock Honeywell Pro Series thermostat
To unlock the screen, touch the lock symbol on the thermostat home screen. When prompted to enter a PIN number, touch or to select the first number of the PIN code. Touch Select to confirm, and repeat for the remaining numbers.
