    Press the Settings button on the remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Devices] → [TV Management] → [Home/Store Mode] → [Home Mode].

    I am having trouble connecting to my WIFI. All other devices in our home are connected but our LG won't connect to the WIFI. Can you help me. We have changed the password and that didn't work.

    How do I get rid of the pop up on the screen. UHD TV 50un695 it appears to be an advertisement.

    To remove this feature the TV has to be set in HOME mode instead of STORE mode. Change STORE to HOME and the pop ups should no longer appear on the screen.
