One of the 4 screws holding the upper glide rails has come loose and makes it difficult to slide the upper rack in and out. What type of hex screw do you need to tighten it? It doesn't fit any I have. (I'm not a repair person, just trying to tighten a screw). Thank you for any help
The screws for the upper rack can be tightened using a Torx screwdriver.
Opened dish washer , emptied dishes. While closing door I accidentally hit a button and lights came on it’s beeping. How do I cancel??
To cancel a wash cycle, press and hold the Start pad for 3 seconds and close door. The dishwasher will drain, emit a beep sound, and the wash cycle light will turn OFF. If this does not cancel the cycle, please turn the breaker off for 2-3 minutes. If this does not return the unit to normal operation, please contact a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737
